In the beginning, I was happy when I found this website to create my resume but not anymore. The website has one of the poorest customer services ever!! They ignore your chat messages and emails and when they respond, they do not follow up. Also, there are many bugs when you want to create your resume. In addition, you cannot really design the resume the way you like. Save your money and stay away from this company.

I agree with the review about the poorest customer service because I feel the same way. When I purchased the six-month service in Aug 2020, I thought it's a one-time purchase and did not expect Enhancv to do a recurring charge for another six-month service on my account until I got a notification from Paypal. Enhancv even did not email me the invoice. I contacted their customer service three times but did not get any response. Unfortunately, I was charged for something I did not want or use any more by Enhancv, but did not receive a refund.

Enhancv even did not email me the invoice. I contacted their customer service three times but did not get any response. Therefore, I reached out to Paypal, since the transaction was through Paypal. They helped me cancel the billing agreement with the merchant on Feb 23, 2021. When I reviewed my account on the website of Enhancv on April 15, 2021, it shows that my plan was expired on Feb 24, 2021 (I think because Paypal canceled the billing agreement with Enhancv on Feb 23, 2021). That means, I paid for a service that claimed to cover a plan from Feb 20, 2021 to Aug 19, 2021, but it has been expired since Feb 24, 2021

Terrible experience. Waste of money. Unprofessional.Purchased the executive package as guided by enhancv as the best option for a few resumes written for by an 'expert' writer.The produced resume was not even close. No amount of iteration of this document would of made it appropriate to use. The process used failed to consider the job advertisement I was applying for. The process wasted the days doing secretarial stuff. Specifically:1 They say they have a team of expert resume WRITERS. Wrong . They have 1 and definitely not an expert. Not a resume writer (word smith) but a resume editor (secretarial style). There was no matching to the job advertisement that I sent before the first meeting. No writing at all. Editing yes, writing no. They cut and pasted my existing resume and put in their platform.2 The writer lacked basic time management and client engagement skills. The think its wise use of time for you to watch their consultant type content in their platform. They refused to send their completed work before a meeting, so you could read and digest their suggestions/written statements. Waste of meeting time. 3 Meetings are not available your day time zone. Meeting times offerred were after 9:15pm and before 4am. When query the reply was something about Berlin and being illegal. Point is (which an expert should realise), such information needs to be communicated upfront before signing-up.4 Resume Writer does not work on Friday though website says they are available 24/7 business days.5 Writer thought aggregate achievement statements was something "new". umm... I had already written these statements and sent them before the first meeting. I hoping such an expert would add more 'punch', concise e.g. improve my writing.6 Resume writer cut and pasted my existing resume, no word crafting at all. No word smithery. When given this feedback, no response.7 Resumes achievement statements, definitely need quantification (e.g. numbers). But for me they took this to a weird place. Adding numbers where it made no sense. For me they lacked context. 8 Resume writer embellished. Writer did not seem phased that it was out of integrity to say things that are not true in a resume. e.g. Saying your award winning but the award is for something else that is unrelated to the work the job your applying for, is simply not correct. 9 Cover letter was awful. Lack luster and wrong points. It was clear to me they really had no idea about the role I was applying for. Perhaps if your junior or in the resume writer field or a generic role. I would of hoped the writer be honest and upfront rather than wasted my time like they did. The cover letter was bland, and lacked my usual enthusiasm.The biggest problem is there was no strategy discussion. No alignment on the approach we are going to take. Even though the website says they do this.Further, there was no genuine curiousity about me (the customer). For example "Why do I want to apply to this role?.. what is it about this role that speaks to me etc. etc.? Rather one was treated like a widget. If you are seeking a secretarial style service you could be happy as their 3 testimonals show on the career counselling section of their website.Conclusion:The resume and cover letter produced was useless/unusable. The experience of getting this unusable document was awful. (I felt like a roughly handled courier package.)Such a shame as concept is great. Hopefully the owners become aware of what is really going on, and take the necessary action -- provide the coaching to their staff so the startup can deliver on the website promises.

I find the interactions with staff enhancv to be abrupt. Almost indignant. Very odd and such a shame as the platform though young has potential. As for their ability to listen and seek feedback -- poor. I feel belittled.
