What do you like best?
There's very little I actually like about this product. I suppose the fact that they have a mobile app is useful.
What do you dislike?
Incredible difficult-to-use UI. The lack of bulk-editing of expense line items combined with the fact that if you change filter perameters all of your edits get reset is infuriating to say the least.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tries to solve for expense tracking, I realize hours of my life wasted because of this software.

What do you like best?
Customer Service Provided when calling in. They are always friendly and do there best to provide me what I need.
What do you dislike?
No ability to do custom reports without purchasing Custom reporting package. The stock reports are verify limiting. That to export charges you have to create and pay a statement. We manually key our statement in our accounting software, but need to export the charges for other reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide some level of customer reporting. Flexibility in exporting data without having to go through create statement and pay charges, this is very time consuming when you have alot of cards.

What do you like best?
Nothing so far. Right now each feature I have used is worse than the system I moved from.
What do you dislike?
Trying to manage actions are not intuitive and the Help tab often returns just a blank screen. After having used Concur, there is no comparison.

This does not make expense management easier. We are going to have to invest resources in more training and support just to make it functional for people.

As a user, I have taken a big step backward with Nexonia. Concur was what we used previously and nothing has gotten better for me with this transition.
What do you like best?
It's digital and one step better than taping receipts to a piece of paper and submitting them the old fashioned way.
What do you dislike?
Almost everything. The UI is not intuitive or easy. Emailing receipts looses the receipt. It's not easy to move an expense across reports unless you finish filling out and saving the expense first. Uploading receipts that are multiple pages makes multiple receipt images that are unassociated. I have to add and delete each image one by one. The concept of linking and not linking is confusing. In the modern day business, it's common for professionals to have to submit multiple expense reports each month, each segmented by billable/not billable, internal vs each unique client. If I only had to submit a single expense report and all expenses went to the same report each month, this program would work. It breaks down when managing multiple reports with different receipts all at the same time.

Steer clear - this product has a long ways to go and is very time consuming and clunky!
