Full subscription paid in advance but when I cancelled after one week as I’m unable to use the Instagram feature in full, they take away all access to all features paid for. There was a whole month subscription! Even companies that offer free trials allow you to continue access until the end date, this was PAID FOR IN FULL. If this is how paying customers get treated I will never use Ecwid again.

If you are a bit serious you want to track and set up conversions e.t.c. correctly. They don't allow you to install Google Tag Manager and their Google Analytics is out of date, it's Google universal and not Global site tag.

I have read so much about Ecwid. I think is a great E-commerce Company except for one little reservation, that is their customer response service which is not as good as their Shopify competitor who not only have a 24/7 online chat service but so as fast in email responses. You get your reply within 24 hrs. We all understand the current coronavirus climate that prevails but hiding behind that for all times is no acceptable excuse. All you get with Ecwid when you sent them a ticket or email is an automated standard reply telling you they will get back to you although you can expect a longer than usual delay in reply due to the Covid-19. That’s it. They go on sending you promotional emails without bothering to reply and address your enquiry! They need to change behaviour for their own business good!!

Test the page speed of ANY website using ecwid. Any website you'll try is SUPER slow. Ecwid will not stand up against scrutiny, so stay away from this online shop. Rather use Woocommerce.
