What do you like best?
Nothing about the service or support worth discussiing
What do you dislike?
They lost one big shipment for 10 days then refused to ship on to new location. I paid for early collect which they did not do, took them 4 days to collect initially and they refused to return additional fees charged for early collection. Tried one more shipment, paid for it and again they have not collected the shipment and ignore my request for refund. They do not care and take no responsibility, just take money

Good prices. Nothing else is good. And so many bugs

Interface is acceptable. Website is so full of bugs, it's crazy.
Make a shipment, label is rejected. No explanation, of course.
But I get a mail DHL was notified to pick up my item.
But my label was rejected (no explanation) so what do I do?
This is one example in many. This site is terrible, it rarely works.
Frustrated beyond description.

Try something else. This has more bugs that you can count.

No benefits. Only headaches.
We are appalled at complete lack of customer service. This morning (12 hours ago) Easy Ship constantly rejected a valid Singapore address (Easy Ship is based in Singapore!) and we received zero response to our requests for help to ship our product to our customer in Singapore. Also our customer's phone number defaults to our company's phone number and even worse the software tell us we owe Easy Ship $ 0.51 but does not allow us to pay because they do not accept payments less than $1. This company has serious software and customer service issues. Go elsewhere.
Terrible company. Should be easy not turn up. Organised many shipments and they never turn up. The founders must be truly dumb to let this go on. Customer service is good at copy and paste that’s about itKEEEP AWAY
I was charged over Hk$20,000 on my credit cards in “adjustments” without any notification and 2 years after I made the shipments. Are these even real???
