Very convenient
What do you like best?
Automatic capture. You don't have to frame the ticket, the mobile app takes automatically the photo and crops the edges. very useful especially when the ticket is not flat.
Distances are automatically calculated with Google Maps.
What do you dislike?
It's annoying that, from time to time, the mobile app doesn't recognize you and you have to log again. The process of password recovering doesn't work very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
easy to use. Easy for approving process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Every time I have an expense I take a photo and throw the ticket. That has 2 advantages:
I save a lot of time at the end of the month because most of the work is already done. I just have to add mobile and a few more expenses with no ticket (invoice).
I don't have to keep the tickets (which is a real mess) and then expend 2 hours trying to read different formats and filling an excel.
I save time calculating routes.
What do you like best?
Just take a pic and done ! Easy to use, well designed app en smoothly connected to finance. Than create a monthly report and by the end of the month, regroup all expenses. Also nice feature is to split expenses f.e. when you are buying a relationship gift.
What do you dislike?
No automatic detection of the picture, you have to input manually.

What do you like best?
The perfect app, getting a overview of all the payments without a problem. There is also a free demo available. The photo scan of paper invoices in restaurants works perfectly. The overview with a nice detail: you will get a google map with the pins of where you have produced some expenses.
What do you dislike?
The automatically category of the payments could be better, not always they are meeting absolutely the genre. Also a total asset in the report of the single journey would be interesting.

Getting a full report with single trips would be helpful.

We are able to have a perfect travel expenses report, its also very easy to keep it up to date thanks to the perfect app.
What do you like best?
The dashboard to check the total sums of expenses of outside working employees and abroad working employees. Great selection and functions to modify permissions of the single employee. Great geo-tracking to check the location, perfect for abroad calls.
What do you dislike?
The automatically recognition of paper invoices works perfectly, but not if there is calculated a taxgroup from abroad, which is not saved before in the system. So it's necessary to update the tax list by country first that a employee will scan their expenses.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Management of costs and expenses for travelling and generally for costs that the employee have abroad. Working on projects can be seperated in single employees and single commitment.
