What do you like best?
It is easy to use at both employee and managements end. Connecting third party apps is easy and can reduce the time spent on uploading receipts.
It has always worked seamlessly and I am very happy with it.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to dislike, my company uses it routinely and we have never had a problem.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It makes reporting expenses very easy with multiple categories and approval levels.
What do you like best?
I like that it is really easy to use. It works quickly and is easily syncable to other systems. The support is great as well, should you want additional fields to be visible as well as options to administer in as an employee.
What do you dislike?
I can honestly say there was nothing that I disliked about Concur.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With Concur, you are easily able to see employee expense reports - from the data entry to the photos of the receipts, as well as workflow approvals.
What do you like best?
Ease of use compared to traditional T&E management software
What do you dislike?
Price and requires tech support to adjust functionality and expense policy versus similar platforms like expensify that allow you to design your own system with internal IT resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform works extremely well when you have an existing and well-defined travel policy as well as a well defined G/L or project system for tracking travel in the ledger.

Detailed records stored in SAP and OLAP sustems
What do you like best?
It is pretty intuitive and easy to use overall, it is pretty hard to make a mistake, and when things are money related that is always a good thing, everything is double-checked and the gives the option to copy a report in case something needs to be redone with little changes like changing only the date.
What do you dislike?
It is slow overall, it doesn't matter if my connection is 1GBps like my son really likes to brag about since we got google fiber and I can stream content at my TVs at 4K, even when I'm the only using it and no other PCs or devices running it is just too slow and in the days of fast internet it gets annoying really fast if I need to do more than 2 or 3 reports.

Be patient, it works just slowly

Feels like SAP is using the very old technologies for user interface.
