I have been working with CleverStaff since I became a recruiter. There is no better and easier way to work in Human Resources management. It is the best database of all the candidates, who I contacted or contacted. I just want to be grateful to the entire team of this great platform!

You can not retrieve the information you put in it. There are no analytical reports (the existing ones are useless, there is no way to recover data to do analysis in Excel. There is no way to make a backup. The development of new features has to do with better images and cryptograms.

The great benefits of current software is its ability to integrate with many websites and networks, which greatly facilitates the process of adding new candidates. I have been using CleverStaff for a few months and it has been very easy to use and very effective. It has a great integration with LinkedIn, which allows you to carry information directly to the system. I have also noticed good improvements in features and options. These additions have made a useful product a great recruiting tool.

We like its price. $ 30 per month seems an acceptable amount for its wide range of tools for the management of SaaS, and for automated tracking of applicants and recruitment processes. We like your integrations with the google calendar, and with Microsoft outlook. In addition, its creation of instant tracking reports allows you to add many details. We like the way in which job interviews are distributed

We do not like its filtering system for candidates, since it does not allow for the revision of job references or criminal records. We do not like its data collection system from the LinkedIn platform, and its filter for job applications is quite weak. We do not like your workflow automation, or your role of managing business roles

Cleverstaff is highly recommended to work automated recruitment processes, and to export and import massive amounts of contact databases. It is highly recommended to integrate it into job exchanges, and to perform Boolean searches. The use of its self-service portal and its internal human resources management system is highly recommended

With cleverstaff we work better with compliance with GDPR, and the monitoring processes of each recruitment are much more automated. The creator of curricular summaries helps us to omit the use of external writing services (although in any case, its integration into the office is so good that it is worth writing the summaries in Microsoft Word.

The analysis that makes each resume, I am very pleased, is a great tool for our purposes, I like its integration and analysis system is very easy to use and the availability of letter sent from the interface is a point in favor that definitely pleases us. I can admit that CleverStaff is my favorite recruiting tool.

I would like to create customized reports, I am sure that this will be implemented soon, since they evolve so quickly, it is also very easy to understand this has made us more determined when working, the team is happy and they feel very good with CleverStaff .

In general it is fantastic more advantages than disadvantages, this is really useful, when we acquire software for our company we do it looking for quality and less complications, CleverStaff has been indicated due to its multiple functions, it is very relaxing to see everything that can be done and think about how it will evolve.

Adding candidates from the job boards, follow up and move them within the work stages, it is multifunctional, the option to add comments, labels, for each candidate makes the job much easier, the Pipeline report function, helps a lot to solve the vacancies.

If you find that you need additional features, you may talk to support team and they could do them specially for you in super short term. They have really experienced Senior developers on board and their soft grows faster than any other

The speed of gathering and work with data. Individual approach of development team offers the company to receive our own modules and unique features which were implemented during 1-2 months. Because of attentive work of their support team our recruiters don’t stack in ATS and receive appered answers for questions ASAP.

Among so many tools I can not say which is the best and that provides more help. The functions of CleverStaff is to gather and report charges that are available and the curriculum is automatically displayed, although there is much more to offer. I have only great things to say about this product!

There are some functions that could be added to make the software more complete, even though I am really quite satisfied with the tools provided. After log-out session the system redirects to main screen. I would find it more useful to have a feature of assigning favorite screen, for example report on vacancies.

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. CleverStaff is not for hiring and onboarding. This is purely recruiting and selection tool. CleverStaff does not automatically post to jobboards monster, dice etc. Be attentive with mailing function it is under development and may require usage of additional systems for mass mailing.

Time saving. Efficient management of CVs and client Information. Great integration with email and LinkedIn. Customizable recruitment stages making it easy to track the process. Simple clean interface which is pleasant to view.
