Doesnt log emails like it should. Does not work on Outlook for Mac

Rollout Outlook for Mac support. this would be huge for anyone not using office365 and using Macs.

it logs some of the users and emails

slowed down all my emails, locked me out of my CRM. made every process slower and less efficient

The logo and the idea is cool. It doesn't crash my computer. Also doesn't send me unnecessary emails

Could not be more unreliable - I always have to double check if my emails a logged. Tracking is inconsistent

Trying to track and log emails with salesforce. Doesn't work
What do you like best?
I like the strong ability to create and update records, even custom objects. I love being able to sync emails, meetings and tasks to record in Salesforce. I like the ability to even attach attachments!
What do you dislike?
The code is sometimes not thorough and buggy. The Cirrus system has many random hiccups and most users will not persevere in using it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are hoping to raise adoption with Cirrus and our mobile app. Users have used the bugs and issues with Cirrus as a weapon against Salesforce and adoption has become an issue.
