- expenses can be added offline
-Navigating through the app is easy and fast

- the scan doesnt really work and many times its more annoying than useful
- cant see expense history in app to check for expense status, always need to login on web
- sometimes the categories are in german instead of english, or theres a mixture between the two

Circula has a very user-friendly interface to be able to claim your expenses. I like the process of submitting an invoice and being able to follow the approval process under one platform.
What do you dislike?
Jumping between invoices and documents are a bit difficult under the same claim.

Im submitting my expenses via Circula and writing all the details the Finance team needs to reimburse me.

Speed and mobile friendliness. I can easily update my invoices on the move

the benefit is the fact that the back and forward to the accounting department has stopped. The disadvantage is that the app does not block you from submitting expenses you cannot submit
