What do you like best?

I like the concept of easily managing multiple calendars and then e-mailing reminders; when it is perfected, I'm sure it will be a great tool.

What do you dislike?

The automated e-mails do not always work as intended. If an account is not properly configured (no "setup/config wizard", most people wouldn't know unless I showed them how to configure and what needed to be configured it will default to GMT thus - unless you are in GMT - all of your times will be completely messed up. Additionally, each user has far to much ability to modify templates, etc. There should be stricter permissions so that one user does not FUBAR another user's shared templates... yep... that happened.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be sure you thoroughly vet prior to implementing. I got resoundingly negative feedback from my team, so we never pushed through to production for everyone. Additionally, their pricing is very high IMHO.

What do you like best?

Allows users to book the next available rep. Our CSM is Elyssa is fantastic.

What do you dislike?

We had persistent issues with the name of the rep matching the rep scheduled for the meeting matching the reps name on the invite. Support and our CSM were both lovely and thorough but insisted that "we are using the software wrong" because the booker has multiple tabs open at once.

We escalated from our CSM, to the head of support, and finally pinged the CTO and CEO over several weeks. The team acknowledged the issue but indicated that fixing the error would require refactoring their code for what they considered an edge case. To their credit, they did present other options that solved our issue - but we felt it was reasonable to insist that the software should work with multiple windows open.

The team committed to resolving the issue when we left this review which has been edited to reflect that resolution.

We hoped to be able to use ChiliPiper for both customers and our SDRs to book account executives.

This app makes it much easier for people to schedule a call with you. Integrate Chili Piper with your calendar and people can select a time that works for them based on your availability.

The initial set up was not super intuitive. It took a little time to become familiar with the app.
