What do you like best?
I liked the features for the price but you pay for what you get.
What do you dislike?
Support was rude and they sneakily charge you for more minutes then you use. You have to spend time and effort reviewing your minutes. Luckily I found it happening within the first few days before I really got my sales team on the phones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it. Use Dialpad and you'll be free from false charges and still get a great telephony system for an exceptional price.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You pay for what you get. These guys will scam you of money with false charges and know they are doing it. I moved to another telephony software that cares about helping their customers.

We are located in Memel (our physical location) and registered in Pretoria and provided the appropriate documents but they gave us a number in “George” and then began asking for proof of registration in this mystery town. They claim they are a business in Deleware and California but check either states online registration services and they don’t exist. The list goes on and on. Maybe they work but if something goes wrong then I wish you luck getting it resolved. They just stop responding to you.

Call quality using the app was not great
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont go near them, the call quality is average and the customer support is terrible. The fact that they can just charge my credit card with no warning, and no refund, for an amount I do not believe I owe them, is absurd. When I asked support for my account number so that I can port my number AWAY from Call Hippo, they wouldnt give it to me. No where on the account is an account number. Apparently I have to wait 48 hours and they SAID they will supply it ... we will see.

I bought this to host my virtual business number. I signed up for the $0 per month plan. Then 7 months later, they charged my credit card with $77 supposedly for 7 months of fees for my plan. They refused to refund my money. If I had known there was an $11 per month fee, I would never have signed with Call Hippo. There are better, cheaper, options.
