What do you like best?

Calabro One allows you to color code the different schedule items.

What do you dislike?

The functions that were promised by the sales crew were not present in the actual product. We have had more down time from our WFM tool in the past few weeks than we had in over 3 years with our previous WFM tool. Likewise, some of the features that are present do not work as intended. We have had multiple bug reports opened with Calabrio, some would be considered major enough that we can't believe they wouldn't already have an open ticket from their other clients. We have learned sometimes they do, but they keep all the tickets separate. If they fix something in their cloud for one user, they don't necessarily share that for the other users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend you continue looking for another WFM tool. Calabrio has done a great job of promising more than it delivers.

We allow agents to report their absences directly from the tool now as opposed to requiring they contact a supervisor, who may be absent that day as well.

What do you like best?

Calabrio's greatest strength is that it is a system that you can learn to use in a short amount of time.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that Calabrio's workforce management software does not have alot of power options such as multiple deletes (for exceptions, Automatic schedule creation (based on the needed staff forecast or automatic leave approval based on the intra-day staffing.

We use Calabrio to determine the intraday volume patters and staffing patterns to determine when we are over or understaffed. We use that information to determine if we need to add staff or allow for additional off phone activities.

What do you like best?

We have been using Calabrio products for less that a year. At the C3 conference, I met Sheldin and he has been an amazing advocate to lead us to the right resources to get us on the correct path.

What do you dislike?

It has been difficult on boarding because we don't fully understand the product.

I highly recommend purchasing and working directly with Calabrio for on boarding.

We are still in the process of figuring out all of the benefits of Calabrio ONE. Once we get past the growing pains, I hope to begin realizing benefits.
