What do you like best?
Nothing. Switch form greenhouse and was the biggest regret.
What do you dislike?
Everything. The flow is not intuitive. You get emails about thing you need to do but no link to take you to it. The website is the ugliest most overwhelming thing. Logging in gives me anxiety. I could go on all day but need to save my time to navigate around your site.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None problems solved on created new ones.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, also shows what other positions candidates have applied to.
What do you dislike?
Many bugs and lacking in features. You can't edit the position a candidate has applied for, instead you have to copy the candidate to a new position and then delete the first instance. You then lose all emails, discussion and scorecards for the candidate. Scheduled emails display as being sent when you scheduled them, not when you scheduled them for - this makes following up after x days very difficult.

Streamlining our hiring process, making all candidates actionable by the entire team.
What do you like best?
I don't really have something that sticks out as my favorite feature.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that you fact that you can't continue to have conversations with candidates after the position has been taken down.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not sure really...some live training would have been helpful. Maybe have someone stop in after purchase and find out what our needs are so that we can best set-up the product.

We are trying to source candidates for internal positions. We have seen a good number of resumes through our postings.
What do you like best?
It does the job, allows us to manage hundreds of applications across a few vacancies. The team behind it are working on the product releasing new features all the time. It does everything that you would expect from an applicant tracking system for small companies.
What do you dislike?
The UI is generally not very intuitive. I eventually learned my way around it but it's not the most straightforward thing.
Some edges are a bit rough: if you start writing a message to the candidate and then switch to a different tab to see their CV (without reloading the page, your half-written message is lost without any warning, for example.
On a couple of occasions some features broke down and it took them a couple of days to fix them, somewhat affecting our recruiting process.

I need to manage lots of applications in a structured way, making sure I don't forget about any applicants.

I like the upload of the resume and cv feature

I think it isn't as intuitive as other ATS software.
