MONEY GRABBING!!! DONT SIGN UPPPPP!!!SCAM.

For the last 3 sets of 6 booking paid for by a class pass, it has taken me upwards of an hour to get completion of payment from you with Pay Pal with whom I have an account.I log in, book a class pass which gives 6 classes, book the classes which takes a while as I write them in my diary and then try to pay. I did 4 attempts of doing all this where I am paying through Pay Pal but it does not complete. I have to start again and book the class pass and 6 classes by date over several pages. By this time I am at the top of the tree trying to book classes "Yoga for strength & calm. " Your linkage with Pay Pal is suspect and you need to get this sorted. I shall be reporting this to the business owner on Friday in the strongest terms.Ann

Closed my account as I am now taking payments via new website. Despite emailing a human from bookwhen and that person replying, Bookwhen refrained from telling me that unless the account is deleted, not closed, they continue to take bookings FOR FREE!!!! Absolutely unacceptable, I’m now waiting for response from them but will take to court if they don’t reimburse. Misleading omissions are a criminal offence.

I bought a package of sessions and only…I bought a package of sessions and only used a few as we moved away. It is near on impossible to see how to get a refund. The instructor of the class took no responsibility and told me to contact bookwhen. Two weeks later I still haven't had a reply and it's so hard to find any contact information for customer service. I wouldn't be writing a negative review if it was easier to get in contact with them!

A fantastic service from Bookwhen. It fulfils all our requirements needed to engage our attendees and the customer service provided by them makes our work load greatly reduced.
