What do you like best?
booksteam is appointment management software, it can make customers schedule appointments, customers can also receive reminders so they don't forget the appointment, it will also allow you to set up work hours. Something I love is the way I can Synchronize my calendar with the calendar of my iPad, every time I have a new appointment appears on the iPad.
What do you dislike?
For now I have not found something that hinders the performance of the program, I have had a good experience using BookSteam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service is excellent! I experienced some problems incorporating BookSteam on my website, the support worked together with me to solve the problem. The program has many features that you can use, so I recommend it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The interface is quite simple, it is easy to configure and use, It is a very flexible platform to organize appointments in the calendar and also to reschedule. The best platform to schedule appointments.
What do you like best?
Booksteam is very easy to use. Doesn't take much time in understanding how to use the software. Makes it very easy to keep track of all my employees working under me and their appointments. This software has helped me in streamlining my scheduling. The software has a slick interface which makes it very easy to navigate. Reports are also generated automatically so it is easy to track attendance. Othe software like MailChimp can even be synced making my work more easy.
What do you dislike?
Online support is only available during business hours. I live in Pakistan so my office hours are completely different than Booksteam's online support. I even think that the initial setup phase should be streamlined as it takes a long time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I wil recommend this software to my fellow professionals. I was very lazy in keeping a track of my appointments and now with Booksteam I am never late to any appoinemnt. Must have
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Booksteam has simplified the scheduling of appointments not just for me but for my employees and team. They appreciate the ease of using the software. No more forgetting and mixing appointments with another. Moreover, as I have a lot of appointments and meetings set up almost on a daily basis with team members, board, customers and clients, I can sync my calendar with my iPad calendar, whenever I get new appointments in booksteam it automatically shows up in my iPad. Excellent feature. Has helped me a lot in my work.
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The company is one hell of a partner, they did an awesome job with this product, and they're continuing to deliver results! I am in love with their work and their responsiveness, because in the 2 years that I'm actually using the program they didn't fail to reply. Not even once! Needless to say, the program is packed with useful features, all of them relevant to my business and my goals. Once a user makes an appointment, he/she is automatically notified that the appointment date is approaching (emails, SMSs, etc). Would you believe me if I told you that 95% of them actually show up?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is one thing I don't like, and that's that I can't transform a blocked time-slot into an appointed one unless I cancel it first. A feature like that would be amazing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The entire booking procedure happens online, and as a result, my clients show up for their appointments much more regularly. I think this is the most convenient way to book, since they can do it on time, using their mobile devices. The fact that it is so easy makes miracles to my business, believe me.

Wonderful and highly flexible cloud-based tool for managing schedules, calendars and newsletters. It lets me give gift certificates to our patients as a bonus for their loyalty in getting our services. This helps us fully control certain processes for managing our patients as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has insufficient compatibilities with other platforms; thus, we had some difficulties integrating it into our website. However, the user support team has efficiently helped us solve such a problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are greatly happy with what its free trial version can do, such as letting us store and manage data instantly, as well as implement important tweaks for storing all our patient information in one place. We’ve done all even if we only have a limited time before the free trial expires. It also comes with a convenient scheduling system, as well as emails and SMS alerts. And its intuitive platform has greatly boosted our operational efficiency that even our patients have happily noticed on their end.
