The initial set-up of the system with Booking Live went quite smoothly considering the amount of data that needed inputting to get the system working for us. We received lots of support with this initially. Unfortunately I feel that since we have been up and running the support has slightly diminished.

We run after school sports clubs at primary schools around England and have been using Bookinglive for online bookings since February 2014. There is quite a lot of fairly complex setup work to do to get started, but once everything is in place it is relatively easy to maintain and provides a simple and efficient system for taking online bookings and payments. The only downsides are that the reporting isn't very useful or intuitive, and the user guide is quite basic and doesn't always reflect how our system actually works. However I understand that these aspects will be improved in version 3. I would recommend Bookinglive but I would say that you definitely need a reasonable level of IT expertise in-house in order to make full use of its capabilities.

Through my personal improvement of using the system I began to branch out and learn new parts of the functionality, and different ways to use booking live to enhance our booking pages. I found that wit any query or question, the bookinglive team were on call with rapid response rates to help me through.

Wild Wood has been a success and part of it is down to our Booking Software - 99% of our bookings have come through BookingLive and it is working very well! On the software/online side we'll be revamping the website over the winter and have plans to give it a real lift to make it really slick. I can't wait because I know it will make an already good site fantastic! We can't wait for the latest version of BookingLive, in fact we want it now! We really like working with BookingLive - they have the same passion with what they do as we have.
