First great, since update now bad!I used to love the software, even during the beta phase, but over 6 months ago they had an overall update and since then, the booking software turned from great to poor/bad!And here is why: One, it used to be easier to setup the questions one has for the Person to fill in with answers before they submitted the form. Now the entire setup is a bit cumbersome to do and it doesn't always work. Second, the synch of the calendar with the booking is totally not working, instead of booking in a Session for say 30 minutes on one day from Example: 22 May - 22 May at 17:30 - 18:00, it books it in from 22 May till 30 May 17:30 - 18:00 PM. Which causes major issues when other People want to book in during that time, as the calendar is booked out at least 1 week if not longer during that time, blocking out all the other available times, one is available. And support, don't get me started, takes ages to get an answer and when one does, it is not helpful at all!
What do you like best?
I've had great success with the tool, it's helped me get organized, it's well linked to my Google Calendar, it automatically sends Zoom links to my guests, very straightforward, system, well worth the money. The ability to send emails to locations around the world, recipients be able to book on their own time and at their own convenience, wonderful.
What do you dislike?
The challenge with most of these services is their Customer Service. When everything works great, great, when it doesn't, that's when it's a problem. I've sometimes had to wait 4-5 days to hear back from someone to fix something that went wrong internally. Aside from that I'm really happy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The process of booking calls with me, and every member of my team is now done smoothly with zero back and forth. That benefit alone is worth every penny. Gone are the days of double booking, spending days communicating with a client 12hrs different, send them the appropriate link and done.
I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but recently customer service has been on a steep decline to the point where I asked myself whether they are still in business. My site was down completely. I submitted a ticket during office hours and no one responded. The same thing happened a few months ago where I wouldn't get a response until two days later. That's way too long and not standard by any means.
What do you like best?
Overall, Book like a Boss is very easy to use. My favorite part is probably the ability to create different embedded codes custom to wherever the booking calendar is being viewed.
What do you dislike?
The Zapier integration could be better. I would like to be able to create actions based on Triggers custom to types of appointments being booked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Price might be a bit higher than it's worth. I would compare with Bookafy. If you're able to get a great deal, I would definitely consider this. It does what I need it to do.

I purchased Book Like a Boss to make life easier for scheduling appointments. Based on the version I have, it syncs with my Google Calendar, Zoom, Mailchimp, etc.
