What do you like best?
Most of the questions and challenges I have had were answered effectively, promptly, and thoughtfully through the messaging app within the program. The individuals are very friendly and prompt with the average questions. The 1.0 is more user friendly and there are many templates to use.
What do you dislike?
I paid for a premium subscription in order to produce three videos a month. I used the 3.0 Biteable version to create a video. I had problems with the download and none of the service people could find the problem. As a result of a time difference and a holiday, I had to wait for a week for the video to be 'fixed' by a more experienced service representative. However, the video was shorted, and now I have to resize each of the scenes, which takes a significant amount of time due glitches in the tool used to extend or shorten each scene. I have edited the video on a PC as well as a MAC and both have the same challenges when changing the time of the scenes. It has been three weeks and I still have not been able to publish one video due to a delay from their customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the time frame and if you have 24hr to wait when there is a technical challenge that the general customer service cannot answer.

I was creating a short 3-4 min video for training for our student leaders. The problem with the video rendering has not be solved and I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. If you live in a different time zone than Australia, I recommend finding a different video creating service. You will have to wait for a significant amount of time and will miss any personal or business deadlines.
What do you like best?
You can create short videos using pre-defined templates. You just have to add text and that is it. You get an amazing video. It is a perfect solution for non-technical users like me. It has a simple user interface and comes with lots of amazing features.
What do you dislike?
It is a little slow. Once you are finished editing, you have ton wait for quite sometime to see your changes. I also find it a little expensive. But on an enterprise level, the cost may not come out to be too much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy to use software for those who don't have any technical knowledge about creating and editing videos. You can curate a nice video in just few minutes. But you have to a little patient with it.

Creating short advertising videos for YouTube and Facebook. It is also really helpful in making product explainer videos that are attractive and appealing.
