What do you like best?
I like the automatic lead delivery and Zapier integration. Just reply to the lead email and set up the meeting - it is very easy.
What do you dislike?
The targeting options are very limited and it may be hard for you to find the right audience depending on your industry.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can fully automate lead generation. On the basic plan I get around 8 hot leads per month, of which around 5 convert.

Volume of leads delivered meets expectations

Sometimes leads aren't as qualified or hot as one might think. So it's worth ensuring that the initial content sent to the leads acts as a good qualification step in itself.

Problem: time to find organisations interested in what we offer. We don't have time to trawl the internet to do this. The campaign has paid for itself in business won as a result

(1) Bant.io provided a list of prospects who had shown interest in what we have to offer, better use of my time. (2) they were available to talk to and provide feeback/updates

There were over-promise on our services that needed to be adjusted

Having helpful conversations with prospective clients. The benefit to me is less time prospecting, more time helping and selling.
What do you like best?
I really enjoyed the simplicity of Bant : in days we were ready to launch our campaigns et from the second week we started getting hot leads. The customer success team is reactive and looking for ways to improve results.

It really isn't a problem for us but the SMS alert feature only worked a few times for us. But the email notification works perfectly fine!

We were looking for additional sources of leads to reach our growth objectives and Bant now is one of them!

We liked their full-service approach - bant helped us strategize, nailed down our target niche, and even wrote the follow-up email sequence. They did as promised and delivered interested prospects to us to nurture and close.
What do you dislike?
After two months we closed one new client and decided to discontinue because leads weren't passed off in a timely manner. Our office is in Hawaii and their screeners in the UK only sent us one daily 'batch' of interested leads per day. Sometimes they would sit for a day or two - or three if the lead noted interest on a Friday. The text feature worked but didn't serve it's purpose as leads were only delivered in batches as opposed to real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish conversion rate goals with your contacts at Bant and give the staff expected completion dates for the different steps of onboarding. Know that although there is no startup cost, it may take a month until you are getting results and with bants slow TTL and onboarding, that first month is pretty much a wash.

Bant allowed us to focus on our clients while they did the first-level prospecting for us.
Bant delivered leads that were higher quality than those you might pull in from digital advertising but the high amount of automation and sporadic communication with the bant team made the price feel too high for the service offering.
