What do you like best?

I love that it integrates with my outlook calendar and I find so much values in that with my schedule. I also love that I can add other people within the company that provide services. It was so easy to set up and the staff are excellent at trying their best to help with an issue. They are communicative and active in conversation.

What do you dislike?

I really dislike that it doesn't even allow clients to book their appointment. It gets stuck on the 'book appointment screen' and there hasn't been a solution with my ticket to fix this error. I actually lost a booking because of the frustration of a client that could not get it to work. I feel disappointed because I thought I found my business' magic scheduling answer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend doing the trial and verifying that your appointments will actually book before going live. Also be sure to sync with your calendars so that your schedule is always on the right track!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was struggling to schedule client in synchronicity with my outlook calendar from other schedulers and Appointlet made that very easy. That is the greatest benefit and I love that the schedule is so easy to use. This product would be amazing if its ease of setup, flawless Office 365 integration, and official booking would actually go through.

What do you like best?

The app is more flexible than most appointment solutions and is a particularly good fit for SaaS business. The flexible design of how services and team members work is really nice.

They are starting to play around the edges of truly useful features like Pooled Availability which is very promising. They also give you full control over the CSS for the hosted pages, which whilst a little tricky for non-techies, is nice if you know what you are doing.

The support team are approachable and friendly and get a good sense that this is a company that genuinely wants to build a solid product for its customers.

What do you dislike?

The default design of the hosted pages is a little dated (but that's subjective, though the ability to control the CSS helps overcome this.

Given this is a fairly simple product, it would be nice to see a quicker release of new features that are needed to make the product really stand out.

There are a few specific bits of functionality that are really needed:

- Ability to automatically send calendar entries to users (as .ics files - (right now they have to manually add the entries to their calendars, which is ok but not seamless.

- Better support for pooled availability that allows you to select assignment rules for which team member receives which booking. Right now it's random (assuming they're all equally available.

- The ability to create links for services that are bookable for a group of specific team members. Right now, you can create a link to a service and limit it's availability to one team member, but not several.

What do you like best?

Appointlet comes right out of the starting gate loaded with features that make it an instant threat to Calendly and Book Me Now. As a solopreneur I was intrigued by the wide variety of features available in their "free" version, which allows me to experiment with the full range of options before scaling up to widespread use as my business grows. Their design is easy to navigate and configure. Appointlet has already become an integral part of my CRM app suite and I'm confident it will remain one for years to come.

What do you dislike?

Their UI on the client side is a little busy, but otherwise I can't think of anything I dislike.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Before Appointlet I was booking by email, checking my calendar and sometimes double-booking or overbooking. I was losing control! Appointlet has brought me much-needed clarity and organization. It's been a lifesaver, truly.

User interface seems clunky when compared to some of it's competitors. Not a bad option and quick to stand up.

What are the best aspects of this product?

EASY is the word to describe the application. IT is easy to use, easy to sync with calendars, easy to customize, easy for the mind because it takes a lot of stress of booking away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Inputting time on schedule; clients tend to overlook the timezones. Sending emails using the application also is tricky sometimes.

Saves time and effort in booking meetings.
