Marg Acuity Scheduling

Having been a customer for many years, this software has stopped integrating with my phone and computer. The reason for the 1* review is that they are IMPOSSIBLE to speak to. The help is completely inadequate. There is no way to speak with this company who just hide behind email and a frustrating and unhelpful 'self-help' article database.

Poor Customer Service to none !!!!!!!!!Although it was easy to follow the steps, while having issues with integrating Acuity with other platforms- there was no customer service to turn to.I wrote 4 emails related to the issue and didn't receive any reply even once.Still can't have customers to Book Now.How much damage to the business does this estimate with?

Their squarespace scheduling tie-up is awful. No direct channels to get support, over a week to reply to issues and a really badly designed system.The SMS reminders don't send and can't be a different time to an email, really poor.

Acuity was never great, but now that it's been acquired by Squarespace, it's awful. The support might as well be in another language. The system is impossible to program for multiple services without one service blocking another. It's literally costing me clients every day. And, it's NOT free... it's over $250year.

Absence of phone hotline make it challenging to use.AT first it looked amazing, and then as I spent hours and hours of creating my appointments types etc, I found out that everyhting was very very difficult to understand, if you don't understand anything, you must send an email to their helpline but I find that they are not that helpful and it took 48 hours to get my first answer. At 30 USD per month, I wished I could have had a quicker answer. They offered me to call someone and to pay them 97 USD per hour : some kind of expert but I find that a ripoff. I'm extremely disappointed knowing all the time I spent trying to set it up : there are many side of it I still not understand. I am now looking for another system that will be better and more effective, so far Acuity wasted my time : it looked good but something is lacking behind. I may have to return to the booking system of Godaddy (that I am already paying for anyways . To sum it up : some of these tech companies, wanna kind of look creative but at the end of the day, they are only after the money, and when there is a problem, nobody is there to fix it.
