What do you like best?
That we had the opportunity to have tailormade dimensions

the sensibility of what a filename can contain

Quicker bookkeeping.

Overview of each users receipts og rather easy to use.
What do you dislike?
When export of 'Salary' Your are not able to choose single transactions to to be moved back to Finance authorisation and you are not able to export one user/employee at at time.
Also I would very much like to be able to spilt the Salary export between Allowances and Cash expenses as thay are handled differently in our Axapta and payment system. Lack of these possibillites are takes a lot of extra time for me and my collagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are well prepared and insist that you get at further visit from an Acubiz consultant when all administrative settings are fixed.

Cash expenses MasterCard expenses and allowance
What do you like best?
The easy export of files. It is very ease to export the files to the ERP which is important to have it processed quickly
What do you dislike?
I have had some challenges setting up the export files, it can be difficult to have the data columns numbered correctly in the ERP. Would prefer a split in the text field.

It is easier for the employees to finishir travel expenses and have it approved. It saves time for the employee

The new feature of bank transaction automatically matching with existing vouchers.
What do you dislike?
Search fuction does not keep filters when entering a transaction and going back.
No possibility of exporting posting files based on periods/dates
No possibility of importing data ourselves.

Analysing expenses has become easier.
Finding old vouchers is easier.

It's easy to manage users and process expense reports in the system.

We have some special requirements from our internal auditors that sometimes are difficult to work with in the system. Some personal customization has been done to comply with these requirements, but it could be better.
