What do you like best?
The application has great potential with its listed features, but falls far short on its delivery. We cannot recommend this application to anyone.
What do you dislike?
Over 30% of the web activity is not tracked. After waiting for weeks and numerous messages to support, a single reply offered no solution and they further will not reply to other support messages. Of all of the programs we have ever used, its unfortunately one of the worst support teams we've ever encountered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please do your homework and particularly test carefully to show this does what you want. They have known bugs and known incompatibilities and as users on Windows 10 using Chrome (a normal modern system) over 30% of our usage was simply not tracked. They offered no solutions and had extremely limited support. We really wanted this program to work but they simply did not help us, provide a timeline for fixes or even reply when we would email them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's not unfortunately. It is too error prone to provide reliable data. We've since demoed many other solutions and found far better options.
What do you like best?
Once you set up the system, the software does what it says it will. However, I tried calling to find out how to streamline the setup of 15 other computers and there was no support. So, I signed those 15 up on another service. Now the 5-computer plan I am no longer using is sitting there charging me monthly with zero support.
What do you dislike?
Anything related with support. There is zero help setting up your account and no ongoing support.

Don't do it unless they fix their support team

None, at the moment.
maybe it was bad timing or maybe just bad luck. but since day one i have had an issue, when the original issue was fixed they had a server issue and lost tracking completely on all computers, was instructed after it was fixed i have to reinstall on to all computers. wouldnt be as bad but i now have no way to install it onto the computers as they are off site. so i now have to purchase other software to remote into the computers and install the newer version. which i still can not find on the website. so far i am very unhappy.
Not really as good as everyone says. Doesn't work half the time and is a pain to uninstall. Customer service is slow to respond.
I received no response from my request for assistance. Activ Trak and has never worked. I would pay for it if this was resolved.
