UXArmy is a remote platform that can be used for product prototyping and usability testing. With UXArmy, clients can iterate their designs based on usability evaluations, and streamline automated recruitment of matching test participants. It comes loaded with a plethora of tools that enable seamless performance, including Unmoderated testing, where intensive interviews and live conversations are used to generate detailed but remote insights. Card sorting makes it convenient for designing information architecture plans, menus and navigation flow. These tools are all designed to be useful for both expert developers as well as beginners. UXArmy's deep dive feature enables clients to conduct live conversations with their customers while recording them simultaneously. Important videos or significant bits can be downloaded with a single click and stored for future reference. While conducting conversations, authenticated and time-stamped notes can be relied upon to summarize the entire research automatically. In-session chats ensure that the customer is not distracted from his work while engaging in a meaningful conversation.
