Our cloud-based system provides extensive functionality for order and route management, driver tracking, and proof-of-delivery, as well as customer and payment management. The system is comprised of a handheld application used by mobile operatives, and a back-office system. The two components are fully integrated and provide businesses with complete visibility of overall operations, seamless communications, and optimised route and order planning capabilities. The mobile app has a 6-icon screen that structures the driver's day, from vehicle inspections to invoicing and site reports. The system automates previously manual tasks such as invoicing and delivery updates, with all data being recorded in real-time and sent back to the office for improved processing times immediately.
