The Jogobu Document Management System features a serial workflow feature that allows for easy management of digital archive libraries. With this feature, if a reviewer approves a document, that information is automatically recorded in the system's database. Additionally, a new e-mail notification is generated and sent to the next reviewer on the list. This process makes it easy to keep track of the progress of a document through the review process.
