Bookbird (Formerly Make Change)

Bookbird is a cloud-based virtual bookkeeping solution that offers features such as reconciliations, progress reporting, and more. With Bookbird, you can reconcile bank transactions that have been imported into Xero with your chart of accounts. In addition to reconciling Xero transactions, Bookbird can also record and reconcile cash transactions. Bookbird sends monthly progress reports that include the bank balances for the last three months, a snapshot of overdue accounts payable or receivables, as well as cash activities and expenses. You can electronically submit invoices to be processed by taking a picture of them and then sending them to your unique Bookbird email address. You can also add on additional services, such as payroll processing, which includes the ability to approve leaves and prepare and send payslips. Additionally, Bookbird helps you take care of tax returns by filing them with the Inland Revenue Department.
