What do you like best?
Total insight into all spend in the Saas, Iaas and Paas for the organization including expense reports.
What do you dislike?
User access needs to be more granular. I can either give access to everything or nothing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has given me insights into total spend with suppliers, including contracts we did not know existed. It has been great for leveraging spend for additional discounting.

Ux, deployment, support and integration provide for an overall great experience

Managing all investment in SaaS products across the company. Zylo now gives us full visibility in to the number of SaaS products we have, across different departments as well as when the renewals are. The first time we have seen a platform that unites IT, Finance and procurement in managing the company's SaaS portfolio.
What do you like best?
Zylo has been wonderful in not only finding and categorizing our expenses but grouping them in ways that seemed too difficult to do manually.
What do you dislike?
It's an evolving product. Would like to create or edit some of the aggregations to fit in our nomenclature, which I think they are working on.

Understanding the full scope of how our business is spending money on software and services. We are now able to see the full scope of our purchases, including the ones made by credit cards.
What do you like best?
The ability to bring NetSuite data together with Okta data to show cost and usage of the your SaaS solutions.
What do you dislike?
Some analysis has to be done offline. I would like to see the full analytic ability within the app. Also, the UI needs to be updated so that there is less scrolling and better clicking back and forth when you start analyzing data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient. This is a new space. Zylo is heading in the right direction and they take feedback seriously to help improve their product.

Understanding our full SaaS spend compared to utilization and targeting vendors/apps where we could potentially garner some savings.
What do you like best?
The solution is intuitive and does all the legwork of analyzing the spend and usage of our cloud subscriptions. The customer success team is responsive and proactive. The product team is very open to feedback and actively iterates on the product based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike?
I'd love to see even more actionable visualizations and AI analysis baked into the tool. That being said, the customer success team has been amazing at filling the gap of any missing features by offering to do custom analysis.
