What do you like best?
eDiscovery, when you need to review a large data set to categorize documents into a number of categories such as responsive or not responsive for a set of claims or topic with high degree of accuracy.
Some of the amazing features of Zylab ediscovery are: AUTO_REDACTION for obscuring parts of a documents to protect sensitive information; PREDICTIVE CODING this feature trains the system to find documents through supervised learning; TOPIC MODELING the system groups documents together by itself.etc

What do you dislike?
based on the area of fields i have implemented Zylab there has been no short comings in terms of the expected results. Zylab has been a big help to firms. DO note that in other to implement Zylab solution in your firm you wont be making use of normal scanners, you will need scanners that are time efficient
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Zylab uses the latest and greatest architectural principles for better flexibility and scalability,
Zylab also makes uses of AI,supports office 360, extended document registration including easy upload functionality, automatic translation of documents(additional module) etc
What do you like best?
Easy, do it your self uploading of data. Intuitive review interface that serves both novice and expert users.
What do you dislike?
Some new features are not yet in the user interface but already available from technical standpoint. But the bi weekly builds are making up for this and Zylab is rapidly moving and catching up with the competition on data analytics features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zylab provides our core eDiscovery tooling. On the new Azure platform working with the tooling is a breeze. Easy do it yourself uploading of data and with the new B2C concept we as customer can have full control over our cases. New technology and features are implemented on a frequent basis. Customer saticfaciton is important to Zylab and they really listen to to customer need and translate that to features for the tooling.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Investigations, Subject Access requests, Regulatory requests.
What do you like best?
I think the program is very easy to use and you don't have to be an IT-expert to understand the program. It definitely is a useful program for legal research, because you don't have to research every document by hand. I will definitely use this program again when I get the chance.
What do you dislike?
The test for getting the Review Specialist certificate is a bit too long for someone who's used the program already.

It definitely is a useful program for legal research, because you don't have to research every document by hand. The ZyLAB team also have experience with legal research, so they can be used for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Within legal research the eDiscovery from ZyLAB is very helpful. Instead of researching every document by hand, you can put all the documents in the program and by machine learning you can find all the relevant documents much quicker.
What do you like best?
For anyone with some knowledge of using a search engine, it works very intuitively. The support for the product is great, with timely and concise responses, usually within a day.
What do you dislike?
Some learning and training courses are required to enable you to utilize the more advanced functionality of the package. ZyLAB does provide these courses, so did not present a significant issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this program to anyone considering an analysis of a large quantity of judicial rulings on any topic. In my opinion it can also be very well suited for qualitative research into certain events that involve a heterogeneous body of data, like e-mails, phone calls and imagery.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have personally used ZyLAB ONE for my thesis on the automated analysis of certain judicial rulings in Dutch labour law, in this capacity ZyLAB performed very well and enabled a nearly fully automated analysis of the judicial rulings. ZyLAB was used to automatically identify certain values in the body of the ruling and to identify if claims were allowed or denied.
What do you like best?
How easy to use. I was able to view the tutorial once and get right to it.
What do you dislike?
The Zylab tool has met all my needs to data.

The learning curve is short and easy. I am amazed at how fast I have been able to learn and navigate.

I have been able to easily and rapidly address finding, tagging, and addressing issues for multiple projects.
