What do you like best?
Zoom video is an online application for visual communication and it comes with lots of reliable feature which let us communicate with others. It let us host and attend our important meetings and conferences and gives us HD quality of video. It integrated very well with other applications and it integration with calendar let us schedule meetings and it reminds us about meeting's date and time via notification. What I like most about this tool is that it let us record meetings and also let us share recordings to other colleagues.
What do you dislike?
Zoom video webinar is a web based application so it requires strong speed of internet for perform perfectly. While using this tool on mobile phone quality of voice goes poor and disturb whole call and mobile version comes with limited features. So mobile version need more frequent updates for perform perfectly.

Zoom video webinar is specially design for professional communication and it work extreamly well for, so I recommend other to experince its great features.

Zoom video webinar works efficiently for us and we use this tool for hosting meetings with clients. It’s a simple tool and set up easily for work, I just send a video link to my clients and they join meeting easily from anywhere and from any device. Text messaging during conference is good option and let us discuss easily about any point via text.So I found this tool very helpful for video meetings and for conferences and it has all the basic features for our work.

now that you need to be at home to work, you need to use a tool that makes these online meetings easy, although it offers easy I prefer free code programs

I don't know who designed the Zoom Webinar portion of the product portfolio, but it's not clear they've ever used a computer. Everything about the experience - creating the webinar itself, setting up the landing page, broadcasting - is completely backwards and unintuitive.
For example, under the "Branding" tab is where you add speaker bios. Really? And then for the polling feature, it has two options - "Single Choice" and "Multiple Choice." In Zoom-speak though, both are what we all think of as multiple choice, but "Multiple Choice" is where you can select multiple options. And then it has fields for about a dozen answers. I can't even describe it. It's almost impressive that they took what should be a stupid simple feature and somehow made it incredibly confusing. This is just a sampling. Honestly it's one of the worst-designed products I've seen. It's just one cluster on top of another. I'd short Zoom's stock just based on this. Incredibly sloppy.

Basic webinar. None. It's hurt us. The video feature wasn't working on the webinar with our client and they weren't happy.
What do you like best?
Like best is that you can easily screenshare with this software.
What do you dislike?
The download takes up not only so much space, but the program itself is jumbled and messy, as reads in my title. It's not as user friendly as I'd want it to be - and it's not as nice to like at as Skype is.

Benefits are meetings with people from around the globe, at any time, any schedule, etc.
What do you like best?
Zoom was an average video chatting website. I did not like much about it, as it was not very easy to use, it was not very good quality, and there are many better video options out there other than zoom.
What do you dislike?
My camera never works when video chatting with someone, even though my webcam is enabled. I use other video products in which my camera works just fine. For some reason, I can always see the other person but they cannot see me. Also, the video quality always lags even though my internet is perfectly fine. Finally, the sound quality is never that great, and always goes in and out.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have used zoom to interview with companies several times for internship possibilities, and I have not really realized any benefits considering there are better video chatting options that are easier to use.
