What do you like best?
Setting up a survey was easy but that's about all that I liked with this platform.
What do you dislike?
To sync any data you have to maneuver between apps. It's not easy to just access the CRM and look at the survey data. You have to go into Zoho Survey, pull the data and get it to sync with the CRM which rarely happened accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't use unless you are JUST going to use the Survey app.

We wanted one platform that would integrate and sync all of our data between surveys, email and CRM. But Zoho was not as easy to use as you'd think it would be.
What do you like best?
The interface is clean and it can be integrated with other Zoho products.
What do you dislike?
It was clunky, not easy to use, and the customer experience wasn’t great.

None. We only used the platform for 2 months before deciding on another solution.

Surveying times of employee spent on projects. Made it easier but less efficient for employees. Took them up too long to fill out the surveys
What do you like best?
It was free so we tried it but that was about the only good thing. The platform is easy to use for the writer of the survey but there aren't enough options to use (free text, multiple choice, yes/no) and the respondents said it was not very user friendly
What do you dislike?
Customer support is TERRIBLE due to the fact they are in India. You cannot get anyone on the phone and the email response time is nearly 48 hours

Pick a different, USA based company that can actually serve your needs, be responsive to questions and speak understandable English.

None. We stopped using it almost immediately and picked a different survey company. We wanted client responses to our services but found that SurveyMonkey was a much better platform

The pricing compare to other providers is lower and reasonable but they lack in customer services and support.

Customer support is weak. You can contact them but they are not experts in finding your issue.
