What do you like best?
Zoho is ambitious and relentless in adding and improving products.
What do you dislike?
The only deal-killing problem is when a form is partially filled out and the person needs to return again there is a pop-up box with a slug of code that the user needs to copy and save to return... this drives away the average user... I love ZOHO and appreciate their intense desire to improve so I hope they get this under control soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until they have a seamless process to return to complete form without having client copy and paste code.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. Their documentation is very involved; some of it is REALLY intense especially for the non-programmer. The ability to add photos or images to your forms is a great feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are NO folder structures WHATSOEVER with the platform. So, what does this mean? It means that if you have HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of forms, you will need click through PAGE after PAGE to find the ONE you are looking for ---- OR ---- you will ALWAYS have to go to the very top of the page and type in the name of the form. ----- That is, if you EVEN REMEMBER the NAME of your form. I have no clue why a folder structure has not been implemented yet for users to simply organize their forms in separate folders, bins --- whatever you want to call it! If you can't get organized, what is the point of trying to run your business with forms that can't be organized? Sorry, but this is a MAJOR negative for zoho forms. One such, that we are very unhappy with.
Being able to approve your forms' data can be confusing going back and forth from crm to forms, especially if your form user did not submit the required data in your form in order for it to be synched upon submission.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
FOLDER organization for sure! You can't get anywhere without having folders to store your forms with proper labels, etc. Another thing would be great to see is the ability to have a shopping cart implemented in with the payment options, but this may not be possible for use in this form platform.

Zoho forms its a nice tool i you want to create a fast form to get visitors informations on your website, it very easy to use and it haves a very intuitive UI.
What do you dislike?
Still need some improvements on the integrations and also on the auto response emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoho haves a lot of tools that can help you, zoho forms its one of them, although it still needs some improvements, they are moving on the right direction. If you already use any other Zoho tool then you should definitly use Zoho forms.

We use Zoho forms to retrieve user information on downloads of ebooks, whitepapers etc.
