For me, the best thing about this tool is how affordable it is. For the price you pay for it, you get the same services as other similar but pricier tools. The fact that it easily integrates with your existing infrastructure makes the price even more worth it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that this tool's user interface stood out more. Currently, it looks like the interface of other similar services and it doesn't give the tool an integrated feel which I think is what they want.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we can leverage our business intelligence and set up contact strategies that are not only automated but are also cost-effective.

too many function can be replaced by market other brand items,compare single,it's no advantage at all.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We use toying with the idea of utilizing two disparate systems for our organizations mail, collaboration development systems. Our administrative departments utilize Microsoft Exchange incorporating Microsoft Office, although we are testing Zoho, Google and a few other providers for our development group, to that we can segregate their work product from our general administrative efforts. So far Zoho has proven the best alternative to Microsoft for our needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to resolve an issue of archiving a massive amount of contacts gathered over 20 years which we no longer want to store in our exchange contact folders.
