What do you like best?
Ability to customize text, post GIFs, reply on a specific comment. It has improved greatly over the past 6 months

Can't link it to Zoho CRM, so you have to open it separately.

When we post questions on Connect, it's beneficial that everyone sees them and sees the answer as opposed to someone asking that question via email. It's solving the problem of how we can build our institutional knowledge when everyone has the opportunity to answer the question as well - we can get different perspectives from different business units.

Great prodiuct but has many limitzations

ease of use is not easy and the interface is a bit archaic to me

It is a social network that works together to keep all employees in the same network where they can communicate with each other, it is designed to work for people where employees can have a place where they can express their full potential.
What do you dislike?
One of the biggest problems that is going to occur with Zoho is that if you do not have internet or you drop it it will not work for you and in the same way if the connection to it is super slow the connection will also have problems when you want to use it, and that at the same time their plans are based on dollars is a quite serious problem because not all companies handle that currency so that one that decides to use this platform within their company and does not have access to this currency or should make a great effort to arrive to obtain the dollars to pay for the plans or you must make the decision not to use this platform within said organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This brings together everything you are looking for in different social networks in one with just keeping all the staff working within a company is enough and that everyone can share their ideas and thus take the ideas in a more organized way is the best thing It can happen in each company and for that this application was created in addition to that you can use it both on your computers and on your android phone that becomes an easy and simple application to use.

The benefits of Zohoo Connect is to connect with everyone who can work under the cloud and that all users of that company can share and clarify ideas and see how committed they are to the organization, communication is in real time is say between users and all staff working in companies, in addition to having a service that is an application that can be used to communicate all day without missing anything.

it is easy to use and very straight forward to use

posting to just one brand vs posting to all of your social media outlets
