What do you like best?
It's pure focus on Bugs as that is the product I'm looking for.
What do you dislike?
The bugtracker customization for templates and it's integration with Zendesk is buggy.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are looking to solve our incident management to Bug Triage resolution process.
What do you like best?
The product is very JIRAesque and can be customized to fit your workflow. The problem is no one in their support team is trained on how to help people with it. When I reached out they acted like we were the first company to ask for help with it.
What do you dislike?
Customer support isn't really well trained. It's really hard to get someone that knows what they're talking about on the phone - I would always call explain what I needed help with about 5 times to 5 different people and end up figuring it out myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use Zoho - they are doing way too much and their products end up lacking.
