What do you like best?
Good software, terrible implementation, and support.
What do you dislike?
It's ridiculous that just one person can create workspaces and you don't the option to provide admin rights to a different user in the company. So, if the CEO of the company is the Super Admin, he/she would be the person in charge of creating the metrics for the company. That's more than ridiculous.
We have a Zoho One account, and only the Super Admin can create reports inside analytics.

We have been able to provide reports for sales.

Like more robust reporting capabilities than available in CRM.

This may be your only option if you're looking for reporting of Zoho data. I would not choose this as a reporting solution otherwise.

To be honest I am very disappointed with the capabilities and its limitations are forcing our business to look at a new CRM / business reporting vendor.

My understanding of Zoho reports was that you could point the reports at any data-source within the CRM system, in any module. But this is not the case. Therefore the reporting I wanted to achieve, particularly using the Sales Order section is not possible.
I think you’ve done a good job configuring some standard reports that are useful to most companies but have not provided the mechanism for companies with bespoke requirements to build custom dashboards in a flexible enough way.
