What do you like best?
Moving from JIRA was simple. It took less than an hour for us to get started. The team adopted to the tool easily and continue to use the tool.
What do you dislike?
Waiting for public API. I hear it is in progress and should be out any time soon. So, no dislikes per se.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Getting members from multiple teams in one page. It was effortless because our development team found it 100 times easier than JIRA and our non-technical team loved it too
What do you like best?
We were using Trello for tracking all our tasks and coordination. We seem to be missing something when we had to plan a project and while hand off work across team. Our search for a better product ended when we came across Zepel. Now our work flows seamless. Be it planning as a team or pulling a cross team project, it has been a bliss. All this with simple and intuitive UI.
What do you dislike?
Being an on the go team, we would like to have a mobile app to capture and update task statuses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a project management tool that brings all actors in your team together, just like your manager does, go ahead and give Zepel a try.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are team of 8 people working across two cities. We were looking for a way to manage our projects collaboratively across cities. Being a operations heavy org, moving tasks across team seamlessly is core to our success. With Zepel, we were able to create a board for each of our team and track/executing our tasks better. Zepel looks like Trello on Steroids.
What do you like best?
This tool makes it easy to manage our project and see the progress in every team. This allows me to keep track of the progress in specific teams and as a whole. Our teams can easily collaborate and handover work.
What do you dislike?
Waiting for public APIs. But I've been told it is coming out soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to switch to Zepel, make sure you play with the tool first. Once you've understood the tool, make sure your team is ready to switch to a new tool. If you need any help, the team is very helpful. You can reach out to them using the in app chat tool

We use Zepel to plan our products, work with teams, and track its progress in different teams.
What do you like best?
I've been using this as a freelancer for a few months now with a couple of clients and have found Zepel to be a good product with lots of potential. There have been a few small issues as it's a new product but the developers have been very responsive and open to honest feedback.
What do you dislike?
Currently the mobile experience is a bit poor. Not so bad for me, but a client who is usually working in the field has commented that they prefer to wait until they are back at a laptop.

I'm using it as drop in replacement for more heavy weight project management tools, for my use-cases Zepel is ideal. (Small projects with 3 or 4 collaborators)
What do you like best?
Creating a new project and adding the required members is pretty simple. Assigning tasks and tracking them is pretty straight forward and neat. Insights and analytics shown on the dashboard are useful, and it contains all the necessary info and it's pretty handy to track multiple projects.
What do you dislike?
Role management of users tagged to a project could be improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a hassle free project management tool for a compact team and you want to set up project boards and tasks almost instantaneously then Zepel would be the best fit.

We needed a tool that's not heavyweight as JIRA and at the same caters our need. Zepel was the best fit for the kind of project we had where we wanted to set up things faster in terms of project management.
