Our team saves time and money by utilizing ZENTAO
Pros: I really like that the software can be customized to our needs. The customer support is super responsive! We ran a test team for the last 3 months on Zentao and soon will be rolling out Zentao to other teams within the company.
Cons: Some of the minor features still have bugs. Nothing too concerning and the customer support is responsive in helping fix small issues that come up. We would love to see some stronger features within documentation, but overall nothing much on the cons column.
What do you like best?
I liked it because you can integrate all project management tasks in one system.
What do you dislike?
I felt the system glitches at times and needs updates.
