What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that this solution does not require users to download anything into our server. It is a quick solution that helps preserve our privacy online. Even with this running in the background, I can easily make video calls and do other important tasks without any delay.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This isn't always reliable when it comes to IP address changes. It sometimes registers as another country instead of my option.

We offer computer services to our clients and thus need to be vigilant in protecting our data.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What’s great about ZenMate is that it can protect your devices anywhere you might be in the world. You won’t have to worry about being tracked nor hacked whenever you go online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a little clunky. This VPN often results in frequent internet and device lags and crashes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This solution allows me to bypass regional limitations and policies. Through it, I was able to gather enough data for my research despite certain restrictions on the data that I needed.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a crowd-favorite in our office. We require our employees, especially those who are working remotely, to use this VPN to make sure that our data is protected. So far, we haven't had any issues in training and getting our employees to use this. It is very easy to learn and equally easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This solution requires plenty of patience. It often causes delays in web loading time. This is not such a big deal, but this can get really frustrating at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to send confidential information to our employees who have opted to work from home. This way, we can rest easy in the knowledge that our information won't be hacked by anyone. We also use this to test websites in other regions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how ZenMate lets me choose from 4 different countries as my IP address. I can easily use this on Chrome (as an extension) in the trial version too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This solution often gets in the way of my browsing experience. It causes delays and crashes to my browser.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I live in Nepal. Here, the government prohibits us to access certain websites. ZenMate allows me to change my IP address so that I can browse freely wherever I want.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love using this solution. It's very easy to use and gives me plenty of space to explore. It has helped me increase my business, and make it more discoverable to my clients. I can even test my website's look and feel from the perspective of users located outside of my country. The IP address manipulation almost feels like a game to me now. For some countries, ZenMate offers SEO support with its trial version too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version lacks some of the features I need, and the paid subscription is too costly for me. Plus, whenever I run this program, some functions on my phone don't work as smoothly as they should.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to ZenMate, we've managed to expand our SEO campaigns to a worldwide audience. We are no longer restricted to regional policies and limitations as well. This is a great tool for growth.
