THEY ARE THE WORST EVER EVEN MORE WORSE THAN ALIEXPRESS. I payed 49$ for nothing absolutely nothing first i have had with them 26 orders none of them where express shipped and the reason that made me pay the 49$ a month is essentially for express shipping,so after my order is fulfilled with express shipping they come back to me with an email they give me the express shipping money back and just tell me they are going to ship it normally and the difference between express shipping and normal shipping is 20 days how am i supposed to explain that to my customer ? Well guess what they dont care they just throw your money in your face and there you go i paid 49$ for a piece of paper that they send it with the package and alot of chargebacks :) thank you for that !
The worst prices. You can go to AliExpress and get the same for 30 dollars less, their support is the worst and isn't available in my timezone and there is no number to call. Will be sticking to AliExpress or another
Placed 8 orders in April, 5 of them still in transit in July. Refunded the customers and got dinged with $30 stripe fee for customers disputes. Customer service just gives you a cheer up that it will be delivered soon. Not worth it, better go with private supplier.
Totally disappointed. They list a product with processing time and shipping time and I’m start selling it. When I start receiving orders after 3 days they are telling me that they can ship only similar product. (Then why on your website you have listed product that you can’t ship). I have cancel some of my orders but decided to go for the similar product and fulfil some of my order. Well on their website it says 1-3 days processing. Guess what from 26.06.2020 until 05.07.2020 I’m still waiting for my tracking numbers. That’s ridiculous what makes you better than AliExpress the customer service ? If so great, but I’m not using ZenDrop because of the customer service I was using it for my business that I closed because of you. Last year Silkroad.io this year Zendrop next year another name same scams, at least don’t list products that you cannot ship. This is not how you should do business.
Shipping times so slow (more than 6 weeks) customers open disputes after 3 weeks and by the time they get the product they do not want it anyways.
