What are the best aspects of this product?
Despite the volume of links that I need to manage across different websites, Yext has taken all this in stride. It’s user-friendly while still allowing you to overlook the pages that you are responsible in from one central point.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The cost to register for this tool is quite overwhelming. In fact, I maintain that its price is better left to bigger companies rather than up and starting bloggers. Yext still owes me (and many others) a solution for HIPPA as well. If they don’t put a resolution to this, they might end up with bigger problems in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Yext has allowed me to oversee the performance and health of all the pages that I manage from one location. This makes updating information, managing my campaigns, and other relevant tasks to be done much more smoothly. Speaking from the point of view of a mid-sized company, Yext is still quite a powerful tool to have on your side.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I think this tool will be incredibly useful to any business, no matter how small or big they are. I've been able to use this to monitor our reputation, suppress any incorrect or outdated information, as well as to maintain our listings in online directories. Because we are a sprawling business with several locations all over the country, it can get a little hectic keeping track of all of them. With this tool, I have been able to stay on top of these locations and the information that goes out about them simply by just adding them to the tool. I can easily remove information that is no longer relevant and just as easily maintain the new information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
More current versions of this tool have included features like analytics, and to be honest I don't think this is the best move for them. There are already other tools that do this and do this well, and I don't think it does this tool any good. I think they should focus on their initial scope of managing brand data and expand on that instead. I think this is something that is going to be more beneficial to their users.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has been instrumental in wrangling our many locations and tidying up and centralizing their presence online. With this tool, we've not only claimed all the locations, but we've also even been able to set up conventions for naming as well as to get rid of information that is either old or incorrect.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how I only need to use one tool when it comes to updating not just one location, but multiple locations. The fact that it updates throughout our digital footprint is a great feature. You don't need to be looking at anything else except this one.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are several things I have trouble with. For one thing, when it comes to the feature for social content posts, the reporting and capabilities aren't as good as the other aspects of the tool. Holiday hours have also become a pain point for us. I also think that they could lower the price for additional products like pages and advanced review capabilities.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our workflow has become quicker thanks to this tool. Since we only need this one tool to pull up reports as well as to make updates across the board, everything is now easily communicated to the different store owners across our different locations.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We use this platform to view feedbacks of customers and also send a response when needed. All student reviews can be accessed and seen from a single location so it’s easier to get an idea about what the students are thinking about the institution and create reports. Aside from more organized and easy viewing of reviews, I also like its ability to keep all contact information accurate across all channels.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took us a while to get a hang of it because of how the information and functionalities are organized in the site.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using this platform eliminates the struggles related to keeping all contact information up-to-date and accurate. Aside from that, we can easily view and read all reviews coming from our student. The ability to view all feedback is not only helpful in managing the reputation of the institution but also help us discover aspects that can be improved.

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like about Yext is that it allows me to oversee all—and I mean ALL—of my listings online. It also lets me view information and even make updates from one central location. This allows me to make sure that my efforts for all the pages I manage are the same across all. They have a really great team that can answer all of my questions and remedy all my issues in a snap.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Somehow, their reports take a month to generate. So, I never get my reports on time, it’s always a month delayed. And in my opinion, they cast too wide a net for their clients. They should specialize in a particular field. The price points should be taken down a notch too. They make a hard sell, but it’s hard to justify the steep prices that they are selling.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to Yext, I’ve managed to optimize my SEO campaigns as well as create a more cohesive branding voice and aligned messaging across all of the pages I manage. I am much more discoverable online and I have the data (from Yext) to prove it too.
