You can import only 10 products in a month.It takes days for them to approve your product for import. I think it's good for One product store. Didn't had a chance to place a test order with them to see how that goes. But you do need to import the product through them to be able to place order with them, which again comes down to just ten products a month. I wonder who are these people that have left 5 stars for this company.

This company talks about efficiency and speed but they dont ever check their customers requests. I have left product requests and its just sits their for days without being check or approved! How can they run a business when their is no commitment to efficiency and keeping things in check? They are a italian company and I am ethnically italian so I am not being racist towards them but they cant communicate well in english when asking them questions regarding importing products from aliexpress. This company promises a lot but they put no effort into working with dropshippers. The world runs on speed these days and their simply to slow. ***UPDATE*** As of 10th of may my requests havent been approved, very dissapointing as was said would be done on the 8th of may. Was hoping that this would be done by the 8th so i could of changed this review positively. They send all this good emails like "have your own free warehouse space" etc and as said its a great idea and model they just dont work hard and efficiently to make this business work. Everything is so slow and the service timeframes dosent match as stated, hopefully they can work to be more professional and use this feedback to improve their business service.

I still can't understand Yakkiofy were able to ship an order weighing 700 grams by dividing it into 6 different parcels for the same customer. I also specify that the type of products is the same but with different colors. That is to say that for each color they make a package. And all this for the same customer and only one delivery address. I called on them as a logistics company precisely to avoid shipping in several parcels, otherwise I would have stayed to dropship on Aliexpress. So now I find myself with 6 tracking numbers for a single order. I specify that it was a large order worth 918€ and that I absolutely wanted to ship it by DHL and that I had informed them several times that I wanted this order to be perfectly shipped. They refused me the shipment by DHL whereas in their FAQ it is specified that DHL delivery is available. Not to mention that they then managed to ship the order with 6 different tracking numbers. Apart from that, a few days ago, I had to refund a customer because after 3 weeks they still hadn't shipped the package! Not to mention the delivery times which are not extraordinary as announced. I'm extremely disappointed because I don't have the feeling that they are doing their best to satisfy the dropshipper. UPDATE : NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH DOZENS OF DISPUTES FROM MY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED INCOMPLETE ITEMS, WHICH ARE NORMALLY SOLD IN SETS OF 3, AND THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM. I LOSE A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE SKU INDICATED A SET OF 3 ITEMS. IT'S A LOGISTICS COMPANY THAT DOESN'T SEEM PROFESSIONAL TO ME AT ALL. I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM.

you don't have enough products like you say (12 million), I paused my store so that I could change to you as a supplier but am going to save up and change to sprocket they are more professional than you, and have more products, and after seeing the reviews I can't deal with you, plus you need better customer service and way more products and that thing of importing products from aliexpress does not work, so people these yakkyofy is going to give you alot of refunds

Absolutely horrible and truly disappointed in their service. If you want to work with them make sure you have a product that you are not accepting returns for, because if your customer changes their mind, or if an item does not fit them they will not accept your return, and that is absolutely BS. If I am selling a product to my customer they need to have the option of being able to return their product for a certain number of days, makes no sense that they cannot accept returns. Aliexpress has a way better customer service and return policy!!! Ridiculous. Will not work with them
