PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The concept of what it's trying to accomplish is the best part of the software. However, the company provides instructions rather than support, training and help in getting setup in order to effectively use the service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Promised to design the template if purchased for the year, but then claimed that it only takes the clients existing design and fixes the coding so that it can be used.
Emails stopped working as the setup and settings used on GoDaddy became problematic with Office 365.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Someone at the company should take the time to make sure that the customer is up and running as a follow up to signing up in order to keep the client satisfied. Communication with a designer is only available through email/chat, but she does not provide actual design services anyways. The owner of the company Eric is the only one available, but support being offered is limited at best.

We were never able to fully implement the signature solution with Xink. The company doesn't much care since they received payment in full for the year.

establishing an integrated brand while looking at how it helps Marketing programs
What do you dislike?
Support for Global campaigns is not sophisticated. Hard to see analytics region wise.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Creating an integrated brand experience as well as measuring marketing channels on sales outbounds.
What do you like best?
What I like the best is the possibility to centralize and take control over my colleagues signatures, espacially front end teams.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike is that it's not well suited for managing exceptions and can't be integrated to our CRM.

Be very thoughtful when building subsets of users.

We are solving the problem of misalignment of brand in our email signatures. We are adding another channel to our campaigns without any effort from the front end teams

We do offer built-in integration with Salesforce, and you can build an integration to any CRM using our open API.
