TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT USEThis company seems to represent WPS.com, and also call itself 2Checkout;Here is what I recently sent within the Paypal resolution centre;I bought a licence key for some conversion software from a site called WPS.com it offers mainly free software, I was looking to find something to convert .pdf to ms word and they offer a paid for version of their pdf to word converter. The free version will only convert documents up to 5 pages long the paid for version of this is said to convert documents of unlimited size, This is what I paid the £22.03 for. The company sent me the licence key to activate the enhance features of the software by e-mail. The licence key provided does NOT work and just gives an error message.I tried contacting WPS.com on the support e-mail they suggested within the same e-mail they sent the licence key to me, this just bounces back as undeliverable. There is an address on the website contact page but no phone numbers. I started a dispute via paypal and the message they sent just asks me to e-mail the same support e-mail which simply bounces back as undeliverable.I noticed that the name given for the paypal transaction is avangate.com so I searched "reviews of avangate.com and found that they are in fact internet scammers, please see for yourselves by doing a simple websearchPaypal please help me recover my money. I am also concerned that the software I downloaded or e-mail I opened or replied to may contain a virus or some other form of malware, tracker, or sell my e-mail, or contact information to other scammers. I would be grateful of any advice on how I can report this company and stop any further damage to my finances.

A cheaper MS Office alternative? $9.99 for 3 months? Sounds great right? You login into your account and it does not show a reoccurring subscription, so you can try it out for the 3 months to see if you like it. Nope, the only way to stop the subscription is to delete your account. Of course they don't tell you this. Here is the catch, If you delete your account before your three months are up you lose whatever time you have left. That's the beauty of the scam. Either A. You do not realize that it is a reoccurring subscription because they do not show it in you account then they charge you again or B. You wait until your 3 months are up, you forget about it and they charge you again. I emailed their support about it and they have not responded but I used a different email address asking about the product and they answered in a few hours. There are better scam free alternatives that are just as cheap, if not free.

This company is just a rip off. I paid for the subscription and it is showing in my WPS subscription that I have the premium version unfortunately when I go to use the tools such as PDF to Word it tells me I need to renew the license, AND there is the kicker they not only don't activate the software but they then try and get you to pay twice.Needless to say they are uncontactable and no chance of ever getting your money back. Please Please do not pay for the subscription wish I had read these reviews.

Honestly, it wouldn't be so bad but the company does not reply to emails, ever. I've emailed them three times, no response. Purchased a lifetime subscription for the WPS Office. It's not that bad, really. But I was having issues with the software installing on one computer. Requested a refund (they claim to provide refunds within 30 days if not satisfied). No response. I would consider in the future when I get a new computer, but not if their communication is this bad.Oh well.Update August 24, 2020:Received an email from WPS indicating no refund, despite it being in their policy. Buyer beware.Update August 31, 2020:WPS emailed back stating they would be refunding and to watch for a refund email from 2checkout. This was a few days ago. Nothing yet. Paid via Paypal, so it shouldn't be a major issue. But had to push for it. Will toss another star on if I get the money back.Update September 3, 2020:Refund came through. Had to poke them as they kept saying 'it will be refunded'. Finally told them I paid through PayPal and it was refunded almost immediately. Definitely a pain.

As others have pointed out - this company literally can't even bother to reply to their e-mails. I've tried to contact them probably a dozen times (to report various bugs); the vast majority of the time they never reply, but in the rare case that they do, it always takes them many weeks (sometimes months). And of the replies I have gotten, not one issue has ever been fixed. The first issue I ever reported to them was over two years ago. In every case, either they say "we'll add it to our ToDo list" (which, as far as I can tell, is just their way of saying "we're too lazy to fix it, but we want you to go away") or make up some excuse for why it's not a bug & you have to provide a pile of evidence before they'll finally even say..."We'll add it to our list." Very strange for developers of a PAID product to simply disregard customer inquiries like this. The software would be decent if just they'd fix a few of their issues - but since it seems development is at a standstill & they have no interest in addressing customer concerns...I'd suggest just sticking with the many free alternatives, like Libre or FreeOffice. If they can somehow manage to get themselves together & address the customer support side of the business...then I'd reconsider purchasing.
