What do you like best?
I like its ease of use which makes it very convenient for a small business owner like me. It serves me well for being simple and user-friendly, great for someone does not know programming or understand overly technical jargons.
What do you dislike?
I feel the user interface can be improved to attract the modern user.
Also, there are some features which I feel are Basic but yet only found in the advanced plans (which are more costly and have other features I do not need).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the 14-day free trial and make sure you thoroughly use it and test out its features. Do plenty of test entries to make sure you get what you want, whether WP Forms can serve your needs.
However for easy basic Forms management, I feelWP Forms is a good tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am using WordPress for my business website and had been searching for a simply Forms manager app tool. WP Forms meets my requirements so far.
What do you like best?
It's very intuitive and easy to work with. Advanced form building and additional website integration was very easy to use.
What do you dislike?
The calendar widget and some other minor aspects are not ADA AA compliant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to do your due diligence and make sure the features of WP forms are ADA compliant to adhere to federal regulations.

Product registration, giveaways, contact, etc.

I really like the drag and drop feature that makes the overall process so much faster and easier.

I did not like that we need a plugin in order to use this.

What do you like best?
Lots of good features and it's easy to make the form work and look exactly like I want. Customization is easy and most of the things you want to do are built in as first-class features.
What do you dislike?
Because it uses the server to send emails, the deliverability rates are quite low. It would be better if there were more comprehensive notifications of emails. I've struggled to trust the results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a better UI than most of the other plugins but far fewer technical options. If you need something super specific, try a different plugin.
