Sorry, I need to revise my review of this company. For simple questions, it took a day to respond. Ok, fine. But now I have been having some serious cache issues related to a specific feature. It literally takes 24 hours for each back and forth communication. Can you imagine how annoying that is. They also claimed that they didn't receive one of my answers so now I have to wait probably the whole weekend for the next reply. This is totally unacceptable WP Rocket! You can't have support this slow for a paid plugin! Even plugin author who submit their plugins for free are much more helpful and responsive. I'm so incredibly annoyed but the nonchalance. My advise to others is to find another option if you want effective support when something goes wrong.

the support team isn't supportwhen you see a great product with bad hands and bad support you should stop using this product1- it takes days to reply for any problem, no live chat,2- prices are annual and high cost, they don't care about existing customers to renew and it's better to buy a new subscription it will be with the same price + 2 months free at offers days so no need to renew3- no serial number or any protection for subscription they say on the website that I can use it on clients websites just I just need to make install and active it by myself which is for sure something I do but anyone can download the wp-rocket file from cPanel or with the free file manager plugin or even if the client takes a backup with the free wpvivid plugin he can use my license on many other websites so very easy to get the valid license and when you talk with support the only solution is to change the license which means I need to re-active it again on my websites one by one .. asking me to protect my license which they cant do it.4- other paid plugins give the same quality for photo + swiss performance and with lifetime unlimited websites .. generate API for every website. direct email support. this means we are back again to the point of great product in bad hand when they don't protect the users and don't give any help so one star is only enough for the product itself and the UI and if you use any other free opensource as lightspeed there is no need to pay annually when there is no real support

I'm using WP Rocket for many years. Because of the new feature (By the way, it's still beta and breaks the website if you use it), they simply increased the pricing of new customers. This is totally unfair, and a very bad decision! There are many alternatives are available on the market and I decided to cancel the subscription.

I hate writing these types of reviews. There are better options than WP Rocket. Their company focuses more on bumping PageSpeed scores instead of improving the overall website performance. We ran into some major headaches using their plugin.
