What are the best aspects of this product?

We mostly use WorshipPlanning to set up the playlist for our church service. It has been a really convenient addition to our Sunday services. All we have to do is to save our playlist in the program and everything will be set up for the day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t get prompted by the system whenever changes have been made to the playlist. It’s such a hassle to communicate the changes separately on a different platform. It would be nice if WorshipPlanning were to add push notifications as part of its features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our community is quite unanimous in this opinion: music is really important in carrying out a successful service in the church. So far, WorshipPlanning has really assisted in how smoothly our scheduling goes on Sundays. It’s been a really nice addition to our process.

I really love how this tool makes our admin tasks much lighter. We’ve been able to send out updates on events and church programs easily through this tool. Plus, calendar syncing has been quite useful too. Our members are better informed and no information falls through the cracks anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can’t really add as much church members as we want to. To add more members, we need to top up to the next subscription level. This move is still in discussion though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Task and information dissemination is pretty much taken cared of already through this tool. Now, we don’t have to send out as many emails and individual messages just to get our messages across.
