What do you like best?
User friendly and easy to get use to. Onboarding is straight forward and to the point.
What do you dislike?
With more than 10,000 employees, you will see your staff page to lag greatly, even if you are using filters.

Onboarding staff for 1099 work.

It takes the headache away from paperwork distribution as all is right there

We are a paper less company and it is nice to have eliminated hiring forms

Overall is a good platform with a nice dashboard interface that is simple to use and navigate

There is no mobile version of this platform, hopefully, they will introduce one at some point

What do you like best?
We had moved from paper onboarding to WorkBright. From beginning to end, had the best service. Starting workbright was easy, they held our hand the whole process and even after, keep emailing us to just check on how we were doing. The process of onboarding is so simple and can be done on your phone, tablet or computer. It was easy for us to review the documents and reject any that were missing information or if they forgot to sign. They would get an email or text letting them know so they can respond right away. For security, only employees or potential employees are able to make changes to their account.
What do you dislike?
So far we started in February 2018 and do not have any issues or dislike. We have been so happy with the product, the customer service and the cost. If anything comes up, I will update my response.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommended WorkBright. I can't say enough on how simple, easy and customer support has been so far the best that I have had to deal with especially in implementation of the program. They delivered what they have promised to our organization.

Simplified process to be able to onboard someone faster and accurately. We are being green as we are eliminating having to make copies of the onboarding packet and having to discard when new rules and polices are changed.
What do you like best?
File management in one place, never a missing document. User firendly, time saver, and paperless! Excellent support.
What do you dislike?
- A print ALL docs option..PLEASE
- Need option to add 2 images if applicable (Ex: CPR card sometimes has 2 sides
-More Identifiers for searching for a specific candidate (DOB..) if multiple John Smiths
-If a different e-mail address is used, will WB somehow determine it is a duplicate based on SS #, address..etc
-Would love to be able to set up my own forms, edit...etc
-when a form is rejected, the option to correct wrong line prompt not have to redo the whole document

WB has been excellent, we make continuos changes and everyone has been very supportive and patient with us. Thank you! The above are suggestions for updates not necessarily a problem, I have asked, but the features are not available yet.
