What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is built on the concept of no tech dependence to create digital processes. This I think is best aspect about the product as it makes the execution of any business process faster and easier. It also has collaboration, reporting feature that will enhance the digitization of operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform although states itself as DIY, creating complex and multi-step processes are not that easy and needs the team's support to be created. This could be improved by creating enough online resources.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Resources to create multi-step processes
