The system is good but BEWARE of credit card overcharges and a complete failure of the customer support team. The seat and user system is not clear and they do not make you aware that fo you change or add a seat or email they double the charge for the service from $40USD to $80USD even if you do not use it. The worse part is the credit card portal does not tell you how much its going to charge before is charges your card and after that its too late. We have had this happen for months with promises from support to try to get a credit that never turns up. The customer service team are the worst I have ever experienced anywhere over 20 messages regards the over charges that started with we will get back to you to now radio silence for the past 10 days. If i had not already invested all my time in adding my data base i would have left months ago I would suggest you give them a miss

Hidden gem among cold email automation tools.Woodpecker is by far the best and most reliable cold mailing and lnikbuilding tool that I’ve ever used. I have used other tools before (Gmass, vocus.io, Rebump, Yesware) and my experience with Woodpecker has been above and beyond. This tool has very intuitive UI which turns into great UX. It is a piece of cake to schedule my campaigns, analyse them, export data, edit, and add contacts. Also, Woodpecker is fully customisable - I can add many "if" conditions to send prospects into alternate flows. I can schedule my campaigns at a specific time and make sure that the emails are not sent all at once. As a result, I have observed an increased number of prospects/clients who get back to me. What is more, Woodpecker’s customer service always goes the extra mile to help you out and offers great strategy and tech support. Overall, this tool is brilliant for small scale email campaigns.
